Manufacturer's Warranty

All Inertia™ guitar strings feature a 14-day manufacturer's warranty, beginning from the day the product is delivered.

The Manufacturer's Warranty includes defects in the product that is a result from the manufacturing process. Replacement string(s) will be sent upon returning the defective product.

 

Manufacturer's Warranty does NOT include:

• Wear and Tear
• Accidents or Misuse: Such as breaking the strings while re-stringing an instrument.
• Unauthorized Repairs: The purchaser or a third party attempts to repair the product.
